This Dealer Policy outlines the terms and conditions for authorized dealers of Nataraj Roofing. It ensures fair business practices, protects brand value, and builds long-term relationships with our dealer network.
Eligibility
Dealers must have a valid business license and GST/PAN registration (as applicable). Minimum purchase order requirements must be met to qualify as an authorized dealer. Dealers should have a physical store/garage or an established online sales platform.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Dealers will receive products at pre-approved wholesale/dealer prices. Payment terms are as agreed (Advance / Credit period if applicable). Prices are subject to change with prior notice based on raw material costs, demand, or market trends.
Ordering & Delivery
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) must be met as specified. Orders should be placed through the official channel (email/portal). Delivery timelines are typically 1 working day from order confirmation. Freight/shipping charges apply as per agreement.
Warranty & Returns
Products carry a standard warranty of 6 months against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products after inspection. No returns will be accepted for products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or usage.
Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers must promote and sell products under the official brand name without alterations. Maintain ethical business practices and avoid counterfeit or parallel products. Provide after-sales support in line with company standards and avoid unauthorized discounts.
Marketing & Branding
Dealers may use official logos, brochures, and promotional material provided by the company. Independent advertising must be pre-approved. Online listings must follow brand guidelines for pricing, product descriptions, and images.
Termination of Dealership
The company reserves the right to terminate the dealership if a dealer violates pricing/branding policies, defaults on payments repeatedly, or misrepresents products or brand.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
